1. First Home Buyers Assistance Scheme (Stamp Duty Relief)
• Full stamp duty exemption for homes up to $800,000
• Discounted stamp duty for homes up to $1,000,000
• Also applies to vacant land (with different thresholds)
• Must live in the property as your main residence
2. First Home Owner Grant (New Homes)
• $10,000 grant
• Available for new or substantially renovated homes
• Owner-occupied only
• Price caps apply
3. First Home Guarantee (Federal)
• Buy with as little as 5% deposit
• No Lenders Mortgage Insurance (LMI)
• Property price caps apply
• Available to eligible first-home buyers in NSW
