Client Services Manager | Lending

Then we are looking for you!

We are a boutique finance organisation operating in the Sydney CBD and you will be processing applications from fact find through to settlement. You will be dealing with clients, bank BDM’s and credit assessing teams, as well as internal stakeholders.

A minimum of 12 months’ experience is required for this role and ideally you will have previously worked in a mortgage broking office or with another home loan provider such as a bank or other lender.

Duties and responsibilities will include but not be limited to:-

• preparing home loan application documents;
• liaising with clients throughout the entire process;
• lodging home loan applications and following through to settlement;
• managing client, bank and other third party relationships; and
• general office duties and assisting the processing and lending specialist team with other ad hoc duties as required.

Desirable but not essential:-

• Certificate IV in Finance and Mortgage Broking or Diploma of Finance and Mortgage Broking Management;
• Accounting or other financial services qualification.
