We first worked with Nick, Kiril, Katherine and the rest of the team in 2016 when they helped us organise our finances and find our current home. Their organised, proactive approach, and friendly professionalism impressed us so much that we've recommended them to friends and family. Even though the team has grown and evolved over the years, the level of service remains top notch. Ash, in particular, has been fantastic. He's detail-oriented, he's more than happy to answer our (sometimes silly) questions and he quickly understood our history and current financial goals. He proactively helped us understand our options by mapping out what we could achieve with our current income and financial status. He even suggested reviewing our existing loan to see if there were opportunities for a better rate. True to his word, he successfully negotiated a 0.69% discount in our variable loan interest rate, saving us a good chunk every year! Purchasing your first home can be such a daunting process especially in an ever-changing market however Ash has been wonderfully exceptional from the first interaction right down to settlement. Working with Katherine Lefevre was an absolute pleasure. Katherine really knows her stuff and made the whole process so much easier for us. From the beginning, she took the time to understand what we were looking for and gave us great advice along the way. What really stood out was how approachable and easy to work with she was.
